Dear Resident

Last night at approximately 20:30hours, a male was seen acting suspiciously in the back alley between Beech Street and Cobham Road in Accrington.  The male ran on seeing police however, he didn't manage to get far.  The male was wanted for failing to appear at court.  A search of him identified suspected class A drugs, in addition to drugs parahernalia and £645 in cash.  He also had a small lock knife on his person.  The male was further arrested on suspicion of possession of intent to supply class A drugs and possession of an offensive weapon.
